The inspiration for ‘Masquerade’ began with the fabulous blue Marabou feathers. Their softness reminded me of boas, which in turn made me think “Theatre” - the home of opulence, sparkling diamante and exotic costumes. My thoughts then turned to one of my favourite show songs of all time; the wonderful ‘Masquerade’ from Phantom of the Opera; and the inspiration for this bracelet was born.

I think this bracelet manages to encapsulate all the theatrical glamour; from the fabulous gold plated and enamel Venetian masks and feathers, to the glittering Swarovski crystal and AB peacock coloured beads; all of which sparkle incredibly under the light. There are also the most stunning quality crystal crown and butterfly charms.

What is really unique about this bracelet is that it is actually a four–in-one item. I have made each of the feathers detachable, so that the bracelet can be worn on its own or with the feathers for that really special occasion.

I have also included a matching chain and toggle so it can be worn as a necklace – once again, both with and without the feathers. In fact the feathers could also be attached to ear wires, making this a 5-in-one piece!

Although I might design several pieces in a collection, each piece will be different.
