DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE:

• Orders are shipped within 24hrs if completed and paid for online before midday (Mon-Fri), and if all items are in stock at the time of ordering.
• All other orders will be shipped in three to four working days.
• If an item is out of stock you will be contacted within three working days and asked if you wish to cancel for a full refund, wait until the stock arrives or choose an alternative product.
• Delivery charge is displayed once item is added to your basket. Multiple items are combined under a single delivery charge.
• Delivery time cannot be fixed and will be anytime between 8am and 6pm (Mon to Fri)
• Midnight Rose Creations uses national couriers and Royal Mail. They are subject to the same delays and congestion on the roads as we all experience from time to time. Every effort is made to expedite delivery, but delivery times are NOT guaranteed.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

• Midnight Rose Creations operates in strict compliance with UK anti-fraud and card protection legislation and guidelines. When paying by credit or debit card, we will only deliver to an address already registered with your card issuer, usually the card statement address
• All transaction information you enter is sent via our secure server to your own card issuer for authorisation and authentication. If the details do not match EXACTLY, they advise us to cancel the order
• To have your order delivered to an alternate address, some card issuers allow you to register a second address which can be used for delivery. How To Return A Faulty Item 

• You must inform Midnight Rose Creations of the fault in writing by email midnightrosecreations@hotmail.co.uk before returning it. Telephone notifications are not accepted. After we receive your fault notification, we will process it and contact you with a returns reference.

Cancelling An Order

• You may cancel an order up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. You must inform Midnight Rose Creations in writing by email midnightrosecreations@hotmail.co.uk. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

Returning An Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Item

• You are responsible for the cost and safe return to Midnight Rose Creations of any unwanted goods.

• Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. You must take reasonable care of the item and must return it, and all packaging and accessories, in original condition. After we receive the item plus all packaging and accessories in original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item in full, within 7 days. Delivery charges are not refundable.
• The consumer shall not be entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price if he/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods either prior to cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not returned to the Midnight Rose Creations packed in their original box, with all accessories, or if the Goods or the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way.
• Midnight Rose Creations cannot, & does not, in any way attempt to warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose. It is your responsibility to carefully check specifications, sizes and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure of the size, suitability or compatibility of an item, please contact Midnight Rose Creations before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product.
• Goods purchased from Midnight Rose Creations Limited are not sold on a trial basis.
• Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase, made by you using our online order system, telephone, email, company purchase order, fax transmission or any other method. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Midnight Rose Creations will only take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you. Until your order has been despatched, we reserve the right to reject your offer to purchase and cancel your order. Non-acceptance of an offer to purchase may be for, but is not limited to, one or more of the following reasons:

• Our inability to obtain satisfactory authorisation for your payment
• Our inability to verify your address details
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• The identification of a pricing or product description error including online, email, printed or verbal

Midnight Rose Creations will never sell, nor divulge your email address, or personal information to ANY third party, except specifically to our warehousing and delivery agents, working on our behalf to complete delivery.
